Located on Orchard Street in London, The One Percent Club is where clinical precision meets lifestyle transformation. It’s not just about building muscle or losing weight — it’s about reclaiming long-term health.

Every client undergoes comprehensive assessments: blood testing, movement screening, and a full health and lifestyle evaluation. This data informs bespoke nutrition and training plans that target not just body composition, but core health outcomes, from enhanced vitality to improved longevity.

“We’re not just tracking what you lift at the gym — we’re looking at energy, stress, blood markers, and sleep,” says Lizzie Bell, Women’s Health Specialist. “This is about longevity, not just short-term gains.”

The programme is structured around five health pillars: sleep, stress, training, nutrition, and behaviour change. Each client’s progress is monitored and adjusted in real time by a dedicated team of specialists. This approach ensures that clients are not only achieving their goals but are doing so in a sustainable way.

With over 30 years of combined experience in the fitness and health industry, Lizzie Bell and Saul Katz, the founders, combine their expertise with a passion for helping clients achieve what they once thought impossible. The company was created out of frustration with the standard of coaching in the health and fitness industry. They aim to transform personal training from an unintelligent, painful experience into a journey that energises, empowers, and results in long-term health improvements.

The Club supports clients managing fatigue, inflammation, stress, and chronic lifestyle conditions. Justin Lam provides metabolic testing to create targeted nutrition and movement strategies, while Leigh Clayton and Luke Emery help clients improve endurance, cardiovascular function, and overall strength.

It’s an approach that’s seeing real success. “Within 16 weeks, I felt better than I had in 16 years of training alone,” says client Adam Rees.

The One Percent Club offers an evidence-based, lifestyle-first model of care — ideal for people who want to take charge of their health and prevent future issues, all while feeling supported every step of the way. This holistic approach goes beyond fitness — it’s a roadmap to better living, with results that last a lifetime.
